How your marbelite relining is done

An intensive, proven process — so your renovation brings lasting satisfaction.

Drain & prepare
We install a temporary water-storage bladder on site where practical, drain your pool, and inspect the shell for structural issues.

Substrate preparation
Thorough cleaning, grinding and removal of loose material, crack repairs and patching, then a bonding slurry so the new marbelite keys properly to the old surface.

Marbelite application
Hand-trowelled Cemcrete Marbelite plaster over the entire pool interior for a consistent, watertight finish. White as standard; premium colours available.

Finishes & mosaics
Optional Cobalt Blue mosaic scum line and step nosing, plus 300×300 mosaic on tanning ledges — installed with high-quality adhesive and grout.

Plumbing & fittings
Replace or add LED lights, bottom drain, fountain jets, spa jets, Aimflo fittings and a new weir; suction and return lines checked and upgraded as needed.

Filtration & circulation
Service of your existing pump and filter (fresh sand included), or a new Speck Pump & Filter combi sized to your pool volume.

Curing & start-up
The pool is refilled immediately to begin curing, with a start-up schedule of brushing and gradual chemical balancing to protect the new surface.

Final touches
Tuscan Stone coping and additional paving (optional), rubble removal and site clean-up.
