How your fibreglass relining is done

An intensive, proven process — so your renovation brings lasting satisfaction.

Drain & prepare
A pool water bladder temporarily stores your water while the pool is drained, inspected, and the old marbelite or fibreglass surface is cleaned and prepared for bonding.

Surface preparation
High-pressure cleaning, grinding and crack repairs, plus a specialist prep-resin layer for strong adhesion between the old shell and the new lining.

Fibreglass application
A premium Scott Bader ISO resin + NPG pool-coat system applied with multiple layers of glassfibre matting — with an optional double lining for extra strength in older pools.

Finishes & mosaics
Cosmo Fibre Mosaic Trim at the waterline, optional Cobalt Blue mosaic on scum line, steps or ledges — installed with Mapei Kerapoxy adhesive and grout.

Plumbing & fittings
Replacement or new LED lighting, drains, fountains, spa jets, Aimflo fittings, suction and return lines — where required.

Filtration & pump
New Speck Pump & Filter combo kits sized to your pool volume, sand included — or a service of your existing system.

Final touches
Coping and paving in simulated stone or the Tuscan Stone range, optional non-standard colours, and optional rubble removal from site.
